Stephanie is a dynamic and skilled legal advisor. She brings almost 20 years of diversified legal and general counsel experience where she has successfully guided her clients through a multitude of complex corporate legal environments across a number of industries including technology, digital media, sports and entertainment, timeshare, and consumer affairs. Stephanie is known for her ability to lead high-level complex negotiations and transactions, and provide strategic legal counsel and precision risk management resulting in multi-million-dollar profits, revenues, and cost savings for her clients. She understands the need to tactically coordinate and collaborate with her client's internal teams to align their specific business needs with each one’s unique legal landscape.
Stephanie graduated from UCLA, magnum cum laude, and the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and working out. She currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her husband and three children.
